Beast Training day 23 – 17/12/2023

So this morning I woke up late at just before 8am so I got 8h 49m of sleep which is well above my normal 6-7 hours a night! I guess that I needed the sleep to recover from BMX training yesterday! I’m ache free today so I guess it worked 🙂

I got up and did my weigh-in and I am still 106.5kgs this morning which is pretty good as I ate loads and had a couple of beers yesterday so I was expecting to be heavier.

I then had a bunch of work to do so I did that and at about 3pm I started walking on the treadmill while walking as I was only on 700 steps and needed to get some steps in to make sure that I didn’t spend all night walking to get to 12500 steps!
