Sore this morning

Woke up at 5am and got ready to walk to the track and back but I was super sore from last nights training so I opted to drive up then I walked from the road to the track and grabbed some flip flops that were left at the track last night and then walked back and started work for 5:30. it was pitch black so I had to use my phone torch to see where I was going which was crap! Even driving I did 1500 steps walking to the track and back so that was a good start for the day.

I did an hour of work and then it was starting to get light so went for my morning walk to get some sun before going back to work for 7:30. I am now on 5771 steps after doing my local loop so a good start to the day seeing as its not even 7:30 yet!

I am going to nap and rest at lunch time to be ready for training again tonight so my new training plan of doing sprints at lunch time will have to wait until training moves to weekends as my body is still getting used to all the training sessions in the evening at the moment.
