I woke up this morning and I felt thinner so I did a quick weigh-in and found that I was down to 105.6 kgs this morning which is 1.5kgs lighter than I was on my last weigh-in 1.5kgs exactly less than I weighed last weigh-in day (Wednesday)! This is pretty amazing as I have done nothing different this week except for not eat any crap (Crisps and chocolate) and stick to intermittent fasting. I did do 15 minutes on the rollers one night but I don’t think that did anything 🙂
This week my focus is getting the flat sorted as it is a real mess! At the moment I can’t even get to my gym area as it is full of draws that we removed from the Chest of Draws that went into the garage and other assorted boxes and there ate 3 bikes dumped in there too! I am on a half day today so I can hopefully make a big dent in the mess and organise the garage a bit so that I can move stuff from the house to the garage. I also need to focus on getting the GT working so that I can use it on the smart trainer and hopefully be able to ride with less shoulder pain and start training properly!
