Disappointing week walking wise!
I had a disappointing week walking wise this week as I only managed to walk 10000 steps once this week which was today where I walked 10084 so I only just scraped the 10000 steps!
The rest of the week I did ride to the office and back Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and I didn’t walk a lot on Wednesday as I had a basketball match so I would have definitely done more than 10000 steps but I am not allowed to wear my fitbit so I can’t record the steps while playing. So although my walking totals are well down my exercise for the week was much higher than it has been when only walking!
I have also been really good this week not drinking coca cola or any fizzie drinks until today and apart from today I have also kept to my intermittent fasting eating and fasting times as well. With the intermittent fasting I have been finding it easier and easier to stick to only eating between 12:00 and 20:00 and fasting the rest of the time with a couple of days I forgot to eat until 12:30-13:00.
I have also noticed that I am feeling much better physically and mentally now that I have been off of shits for a couple of weeks and my body is starting to adjust to my new routine. I have noticed as major improvement in my mental capacity this week and the brain fog that I constantly had while working shifts has finally lifted and I am feeling more human again. I have also noticed that I am way less stressed and I am tired and I am way more relaxed and happy than I was before! My body is also getting used to my new routine now so I am awake by 6am at the weekends without an alarm which is amazing.
