Weekly Weigh-in
Woke up early this morning and did a weigh in and I was surprised to see that I am now down to 104.0kgs this week so down 0.8kgs from this time last week.
This is especially good as the only thing that I have done differently this week is to stop drinking Coca Cola on Thursday and keeping up with my walking and intermittent fasting as planned.
Today I had a rest day as my knee was a bit sore still so I only managed a disappointing 2713 steps all day.
