I got up at 5:30 as usual this morning and then set off for my walk and then part way through the walk my stomach felt rough so I took a shorter route and cut the walk short to make it home in time to use the bathroom!
I also forgot to put on my fitbit this morning as it was charging last night AND I forgot to start Strava until about 10 minutes into my walk as well!!
Because of all the mess ups this morning it is hard to calculate how many steps I actually walked but I am pretty sure that I didn’t make my 10000 steps today. I estimate that I walked 3 miles which equates 5725 steps and my fitbit says I did 1980 steps after the walk so I did a total of 7705 steps for the day 🙁
