I woke up at 5:30 today and started to get ready to go for a walk but my back was feeling worse than yesterday so I decided to not go walking today or tomorrow and rest up ready to start walking properly on Monday morning.
I have also decided that I will only walk on weekdays and I will rest on weekends to avoid getting burnt out or bored of walking all the time.
I think that walking 5 days a week will be enough to get my weight down and help with my back so I do not need to walk every day.
I am also going to start removing all of the social media apps again from my phone as I have started wasting a lot of time on the phone again recently!
Instead of walking I did a bunch of housework and managed to get 4575 steps in during the day which is more than double the amount of steps that I would have done normally just staying in the house! The house is also way more pleasant to be in again and I am raring to go with my new job on Monday!
I have a bit more to get done tomorrow but I am pretty much ready to go 🙂
