Back Still Bad.
Had a disturbed night’s sleep last night due to the back pain and when I woke up with my alarm at 5:30 this morning I knew that it was not a good idea to go walking. I decided that the back needed rest not exercise so I went back to sleep.
I will continue to take Ibuprofen and ice my back and I will rest it for a few days and then I can start walking again once my night shifts have finished. Hopefully the back will be better the and I can start training when planned when I start my new role on the 9th!
