Along with BMX racing I also play basketball in a local league when I can as I work shifts so I can only play every other week.
I Played basketball tonight (15/11/17) and felt much fitter after 2 days on the ergonomic bike. I managed to run pretty well too considering I have a hyper-extended knee still. I am definitely going to start on leg weights next week along with the ergonomic bike. I still have a long way to go to be in game shape but hopefully I can back to some kind of game shape sometime soon.
29/11/17 – Played Basketball again tonight and did OK. I was really stiff still from the gym sessions on Monday and Tuesday but played OK. Couldn’t get to sleep after playing so not getting up for gym in the morning.
