2017 – Weight Tracking

  1. As part of my winter training I have set the goal of getting my weight down to 85kgs before the start of the season. When I measured my base weight I am back up to 102.70kgs which is almost 5kgs heavier than I was at the Brits this year where I weighed about 98kgs. The weigh has gone back on due to being off of the bike for almost 3 months due to the ribs I broke at the brits and now the last week due to my knee hyper extension.

I start in the gym tomorrow morning to try and drop weight and also get my knee stronger ready to start riding again next weekend.

I am going to measure my weight every Sunday morning before I eat breakfast and log the weights here to track my progress.

28/11/17 – 102.6kgs

05/12/17 – 101.2kgs

10/12/17 – 100.8kgs

16/11/17 – 99.75kgs
