2022 Goals
For my goals this year I am basically focussing on becoming consistent my training, changing unhealthy habits and improving my bike skills in order to be a bit competitive when I race the Worlds in July.
At the moment I am 22-27 kgs over weight and can not even do a full speed lap of a really short BMX Track (Bath) so I have a long way to go to be in shape to reach my goal.
I am setting a lose weight goal of getting to 85kgs by the Worlds in July and I want to lose the weight by attaining the following goals:
Main Goals
Stop drinking Soda (especially Coca Cola which I am addicted too!) for the whole year.
Go to the gym Minimum 4 times a week EVERY Week and skip for up to 10 minutes as a warmup before and stretch after each session.
Manual 50m by my 50th Birthday
Diet Related Goals
No Takeout for a year
Move to a more plant based Diet (Cut out Dairy and Meat)
Drink Green Smoothy to start my eating window (I have been successfully intermittent fasting for a year now!)
