Woke up this morning and did a weigh in and I am back up to 106.12kgs!

This month I am going to be adding skateboarding to my training to see if I can kickstart some real weight loss. My new setup arrives today so I will make a start as soon as it is built.

I am planning to skate for at least 1 hour a day for the month and planning to relearn a trick a week if not more.
