Didn’t get up to much yesterday although had a busy day cleaning the house. This meant that I had done 5000 steps around the house by lunch time. Pretty pleased with myself as I managed 10000 steps every day in January and have completed a week without coca cola which has made a big difference to my body composition. I can see that I am losing weight now we’re as before I wasn’t really as the amount of calories I was taking in drinking 1.5l of Cole or more a day must have been really high! Not to mention a road to diabetes with the amount of sugar a day too.
This week I plan to start riding the bike again and also want to cut out fizzy drinks altogether and start drinking Huel more instead of eating to get a little more healthy and stop eating takeout 3 times a day!
I also plan to start using the rollers now that I have the front wheel stand for the rollers so that I don’t fall off all the time!
We had the dog stay with us last night so got a lot of walking done although I missed the long walk yesterday as I had to go and pick up my auntie and mum from the hospital while my dad and son took the dog for a walk.

Not done much other than walking gain so far this week. I went back on the Huel yesterday and drank water instead of fizzy drinks so gettting better slowly.

An average of 12050 steps a day which is 2050 steps a day more than my goal of 10000.
I have decided that I will try and average 13000 steps a day this month as 10000 was for the most part pretty easy.

unfortunately didn’t get to 10000 steps today as I was really busy at work so wasn’t able to move from my desk very much. I managed 8898 steps according to fitbit so today I need to do way more than 10000 steps to make up for it. I haven’t been able to get near 13000 steps at all this week so I am going to lover my daily goal a bit to 12000 steps as I think that this is more manageable.

This week has pretty much been a write off due to sleep deprivation and the weather. I have not done 10000 steps this week at all and have not been out on the bike or on the rollers.
I have however setup my manual machine finally and also built my Sunday Wave C street bike up so not a total loss. I am not just waiting on the seat clamp which is at the office and also another lock which will arrive tomorrow.
I am then going to ride to work and then walk in my break to get the 10000 steps in a day.
I am just about to put some clothes on and test out the manual machine.

This week has been another waste of time as I have had man flu all week so I have not really exercised except for riding the Sunday Wave C to work and back Thursday and Friday. It was a struggle due to the man flu but my achillies felt great so I can get back to training as soon as I am better. I couldn’t ride to work today as I was feeling too ill.
I have just been looking online and my first race of the season is March 22nd so not much time to get in shape. My first National race is April 4th and 5th so that is coming up really quickly!!!
I am going to take tomorrow off to rest up then start training first thing Monday! I need to get to the track as I haven’t been on the track for over 2 months so it is going to be a shock to the system!!!
