For 2018 the plan is to have 2 bikes and keep them in the same state all season unless something breaks on them so that I get used to the bikes. For the last 2 years I have had the following bikes which you can see is not ideal:
2001 GT Speed Series 24″
2010 Redline Pro Flight 24″
2015 DK Elite 24″
S&M SPeed Seepdwagon 24″
Dialled Bikes Stay Strong Pro XL 20″
2015 Haro Blackout
2017 Yess Type X 24″
Thrill Agent Pro Team Cruiser 24″
ICE F118 24″ (never Built up)
Dialled MX24R 24″
2017 Yess Type O 20″
2017 Curtis Racelite 24″
For 2018 I am staying with 2 bikes my Yess Type X 2017 which I have had from April 2017 and I have just put on DXR cranks to finish it off and My 2017 Curtis Race LIte 24″ which I should pick up next week from Gary once the stickers are ready.
I am currently riding the Yess and I will be building up the Curtis in the next few months when I have money to buy parts.
Here are the specs of the Yess:
Frame : 2017 Yess Type X 24″ Pro XL
Forks: Elevn 24″ Forks
Wheels : Onyx hubs on Box Rims
Freewheel: Crupi 16t Aluminium
Tyres: Tioga Power Block 24×1.75
Cranks: Shimano DXR 175mm Cranks
Bottom Bracket: Chris King Black
Chain Ring: Global Racing 37t with Box bolts
Chain: KMC
Chain Tensioners: Yess (came with Frame)
Seat: Box echelon
Seat Clamp: Yess (came with frame)
Headset: Box 2 Headset
Headset Spacers: Ciari Anelli
Stem: Crupi i-beam 52mm
Bars: Renthal Cruiser Bars 5.5″ Rise

The bike is going to stay as it is until the Curtis is built up and then I plan to change some little bits on it namely the Forks which I want to swap out for the Yess aluminium ones in the future and I also want to swap the chain ring for a Rennan one when it wears out. I may also fit it with a disk brake in the future I am not sure yet.

I have sold the Yess frame, headset, seat clamp and chain pulls and have got my Dialled MX24R frame and some money back for it so I will be building up the Dialled next week with the parts from the Yess. I have also sold the forks so the Dialled is going to have landing gear forks instead of the Elevn forks that the Yess had.
Curtis

The Curtis has been built up by Jamie at Crucial and I will be picking it up on friday hopefully. Here is a photo of it.
Subrosa
Bought a second hand Subrosa freestyle bike to ride around town and also to practice manuals and bunny hops on over the winter. I paid £80 and picked it up on boxing day and have had to buy new grips for it which I put on this morning I also have a half link chain to put on it but I will out that on later.
The bike is a 2013 or 2014 I think so it is pretty old but not too beat up and it will do to play on for now.

Just put an offer on a brand new StayStrong mx20r that has never been used. Surprisingly I won the bike so I will pick it up at the weekend. I have been looking for one of these bikes since I sold mine this time last year and really regret it. This one is in perfect condition and is built up as a pump track/ park bike more than a race bike which I liked he idea of as I have gone off of the idea of racing 20″ now but want a bike that feels like a race bike to ride on the pump tracks and on the street as well as on the track when my cruiser is out of action. I also want to use this bike to improve my jumping as it has freestyle wheels and tyres that are stronger than race wheels.
I will see how I like the bike and then maybe swap the cranks and wheels for race ones later on but for now I will ride it as is.
Here are a couple of photos of the bike:
