10000 Steps Day 2

I woke up and the top of my left foot and left ankle were still really sore so I decided not to overdo it and rest it instead. My left knee which was sore last night is feeling good now so I think I should be OK to try walking a bit later on in the day. My plan was to go out for a walk at lunch time to see if I can walk and then finish off my steps after work if needed.

As expected this did not happen as work was crazy busy and I ended up working through until 21:30 when I walked over to meet my son when he got out of air cadets and we did an almost 10000 Step walk around town to get me to a poor daily total of 10,437 steps. I was on a super low step count of 500 steps when I left the house for the walk so it was more or less 10000 Steps in one go.

Unfortunately I forgot to start Strava when I left home so the only metrics I have are from Fitbit:

As you can see we walked about 7.54km which is a pretty good walk for 10pm and night 🙂

We walked for 1hr 26 minutes and also managed to get the walking to a pace that kept us in the Fat burning Zone for 82% of that time which is pretty good.
