10000 Steps: Day 12 – First night shift in 30 day challenge.
Had my first night shift during the 30 day 10000 step challenge as I was on holiday all month until Sunday! I woke up at 12:30 this afternoon feeling much better as the man flu is finally getting better and then chilled until 15:30 and then went for a walk to get my 10000 steps in before work at 19:30!
We went along the river out of town and then walked back towards home along the Lower Bristol road and then walked back along the start of the two tunnels. I got home with 500 steps to go but got more than enough steps in from then until midnight to easily make my 10000 step goal.
I used the barefoot shoes again and they are feeling better and better to walk in now.
By the end of the day I was on 10233 steps which is pretty good as I was in bed most of the day!
