I Woke up at 5:30 as normal but I was feeling a bit stiff and aching a bit so I got a pint of water and put a vitamin C in it and then chilled for 30 minutes and then went out for my morning walk. I decided to go out of town this morning as the last time I walked I walked around town and I prefer walking along the river and out into the countryside more as it is more relaxing.

As I left 45 minutes later there were a lot more people about along the river which made it a bit more stressful as the footpath is pretty narrow so I had to stop a few times to make room for other people to get passed safely! Once I got fully out of town I was on my own until I got on the cycle path when there were a lot of commuters riding between Bath and Bristol. If I leave home before 6am then I miss the majority of these people as they are still in bed 🙂

I decided to leave the cycle path and walk home along Lower Bristol  road which was empty until I got into town when I had to navigate traffic to avoid Students waiting for the bus taking up the whole pavement! After this I decided to head straight home as I am planning to walk my dog when I go over to my parents this afternoon so I will crush the 10000 Steps again today! I also have to walk to the vets to pick up some medicine for the dog so that will be at least another 3000 steps.

At the end of my walk I was on 9840 steps so I will be over 10000 steps just bumbling around at home in the next hour or so!

Yesterday was a little disappointing steps wise as I only managed 4754 steps as I was super tired from riding my BMX all morning and didn’t have time for a nap so I was asleep in front of the TV at 7pm! 🤣

I did wake up at 10pm but literally fed my Axolotls and went to bed!

I will definitely make up for yesterday today so I will still be in a steps deficit but not as much as I am at the moment! As it stands at the moment I have walked 28,470 steps this month so I have a deficit of 28470 steps to make up by the end of the month! SO I basically have an extra 1500 (1499 to be precise) steps a day to do for the rest of the month to catch up and make my 10000 steps a day target!

I am currently eating breakfast and then I have some chores around the house to do before I head to the BMX track to get some laps in before I head to my parents to walk the dog and drop their car back to them.
